Help with CLEO

Ok, so I've seen some pretty damn awesome CLEO modifications, problem is, either CLEO magically doesn't work on my laptop, or I just have no idea how to set up the modification so it will work. Can anyone help me with this please?

which version of CLEO do you have and which version of CLEO is the mod intended for? A CLEO 4 mod will not work in CLEO 3 from experience...

Also, me game doesn't open after I install CLEO(not after I install a mod, but right after the CLEO is installed)

It works now. Had to create some of my own codes though, because the streamfix is a waste of time. Thanks for assistance.
