A command to remove the yellow info

Hides the names over cars, and that little bar that shows your work mission on the bottom of the screen

I don't think that there's any problem, and I don't find any reason why it should be removed. Just ignore the chat if you feel so, or you can just type /clearchat and your chat window will be cleared.

Typing F7 twice removes the whole chat along with HUD, so leave that and use /clearchat.

/clearmychat will work for you.

/clearchat clears only the players if the player isn't an admin, if they're an admin, it clears everyones.

so /clearmychat is the resolution to this suggestion, and since it already exists, we can move on

No, it was like this since always, if you hate it too much you should have though what was you doing by keeping playing on this server. It wont get changed. Use /clearmychat instead to clear it.
