Tampa mod by nyolc8 (inspired by Vinny's mod)

The tune parts are in another file and every car uses the same parts, so I can't modify them, because then they change on all tuned cars.

Yes I plan to do a "blank" version (only lines on the sides like on the screenshots), and one with "racing-stripes" on it. And thanks! Now I'm waiting for some reaction regarding the CT tampa bug to know if I need to modify the model textures or not.

If the tampa texture bug will kept on CT then I'll convert the whole mod to the sabre... (I hope sabre doesn't have that texture bug)

edit: checked, sabre doesn't have that bug, so maybe this tampa mod will be a sabre mod afterall... (of course I'll reposition everything to prevent lagg or bugs)

Nobody cares about that bug, it looks ok in the pictures so it will look ok in game as well, just release it already!
