Bad VGA Cable or overheating/something wrong with GPU. Might be monitor also, because sometimes my monitor shows some green stripes instead of black.

Matias helped me to check my CPU's temperature. It was 43C while not in game. He said that I should change my themal or thermal paste because it may be burned.

It's dangerous to do that on GPU atleast I've heard its easier to fuck it up on GPU than on CPU.

yup, but you also had that temperature due to your enviroment temperature, if i were you i would be replacing the GPU and CPU thermal paste and cleaning all my coolers and maybe getting a new one.

I cleaned the coolers and I am thinking of getting a new one. Plus about the thermal paste, as I said, I will talk to my brother first.

This looks like artefacts - related to GPU VRAM overheating.
All over 90°C is hot and its not good to keep it in that temperatures for too long. Mine CPU and GPU was 110°C and everything was fine, just make sure you dont do it for too long (because BGA chips can desolder, and then you can fix it by putting in heating oven - really, google if you dont trust me).
Many graphic has known with artefacts because bad VRAM cooling. Most graphic card uses just cooling for graphic procesor, and not for the memory. Or use a big thermal pad, which doesnt transfer heat good.

the oven trick works best with old cards where is not huge plastic covers on them and other stuff that melts easier than the solder.. Or atleast remember to take off the heatsink when you cook it in oven.. Yes it works but not reccomended as first solution. I infact fixed an old Radeon x1950 with it.. After taking off heatsinks and everything though..  There is some serius problem in your card's cooling if it ever goes over 80C
Mine operating temperatures are in 40-60C due to being crammed in crossfire in tight case but still withn the acceptable ranges.
