Waiting list if server is full

Hello,

When the server is full, you've got a message which says that the server is full and then the server closes the connection. That's quite annoying, because you have to re-open the server everytime to see if you can join it, and maybe some players are a little bit faster than you in joining the server and than you have to wait again.

My idea is to make a waiting list.
This is how it works:
When the server is full, the server will keep reconnecting without closing the connection.
And for an optional option you can see how much players are before you, so you know when you can join the server.

This would be a good idea, but I don't see that being possible to be done.
