Anyone has the Iveco Stralis converted from ETS2? Or can convert it? (I don't need it HD, I want it a little less detailed (fps save))

Funny, I searched yesterday for an hour and found Iveco's but - too big, or brazilian or ugly.
Also no trailers, only see 3 axes.

I dont know if thats a Europe type trailer or not, and I dont think anyone makes anything like that single axle
you could easily repaint the trailer in MS paint or photoshop:
