This is actually not scriptable. Until SA-MP adds a "AttachVehicleToVehicle" native, it can only be accomplished by timers, and then its really buggy.

i hate packer cuz its useless but if its scripted Correctly. it will be like the Helicopter that can attach cars.. but mick wouldent accept it.______.
BTW "Sera" you can haul Cars with beagle plane.
==> take a beagle+car(small size)==> fix the beagle on the airport Ramp==> haul The car==>then drive the beagle :)
