Well thanks for the support, I think I can say this was one of those rare suggestions that got only thumbs up (except some minor trolling and raging)...what's left to do is wait for the owner to realize that this really is a thing that needs to be fixed and take action...

+1 for this idea it's unfair if u for example get a laggspike when uou're going to buy a house and you've already sold your own so anyone else buys it before you.

What about some of us that bought houses while they were cheaper.  I bought my 3 slot while they were still 5 million.  Now they are 7 million.  Would I be able to re-buy my 3 slot at 5 million or would I be forced to buy it at the new 7 million price tag.
