1. there is a SA mod the combines GTA III map and the Vice City map into the San andreas engine, its called GTA united. go google it
2. you cannot map under the original map of San Andreas because you would then have to modify it heavily for things to fit but then it will look all fucked because there is nothing that will fit right


3. is this a suggestion again or a topic on your stupid map ideas (sorry but its the truth) ((the truth hurts))

Also deeper you go more darker it gets and teleports you to blueberry. Happens in seabed. It might be possible the stupid  map editor might be able to make a hole somewhere in LS. Boring way of travelling though
