Working Snow mod !

Hello all I was searching 3 days for winter textures for gta sa and I found !

i downloaded the "Snow Andreas" and when i open it, the "read me" file is not in English, so i can't read. Can someone plz help me translate into English plz?

Your gta sa is installed from a DVD version?
If so the only way i got it to work was:

1- Install Cleo 4.
2- Download Sanny Builder.
3- Install Sanny Builder and if it asks you to install Cleo 3 library you MUST press YES.
4- When Sanny Builder Installation ends dont launch it. And install the cleo mod.
5- Go in game and when you pause it should say Cleo mod ( nº scripts loaded).
