As he said, some bases have a lot of mapped details. Your base is one of the most detailed, thats why you have a big price

That base is pretty unique and in a nice location. It has rare details that no other base has.
So the price is based on : parking space+ overal look+ scenery ( Medium:10m + Good:1m+Unique/rare:1m= 12 mil)


club bases are bases on criteria, you might not like the scenery but you do pay for it, as you pay also for a nice location. close to unload and load spots etc.


Fair example: Compare it to the mt chiliad base: 10m, but no details and a little but more space to park. But not close to unloads or loads, and in a shitty location, so compared to your base, your base is more valuable.


I can talk on and on, but based on criteria there is a reason why it got this new price.
Besides it went from 15mil to 12mil so i would be happy anyway.
