Explain me another thing:
Some months ago, Frutek bought a 15 slot farm in Eyre Island for $60,000,000.
As far as i know, houses in WC are more expensive than houses on SA map.
So a 15 slot in Eyre is cheaper than a shit 10 slot "farm" (or whatever it is) in whetstone ?

Why are you complaining? Its a game. All the houses are fake. You haven't even been on the server in 49 days. How does this concern you in anyway?

I think it costs so much due to it having one hell of a barn for a garage, a dock AND being a on private beach.. To me those facotors make it worth like $60,000,000 but not $80,000,000
