I think you should change the weather from changeable to fixed because it could decrease the lag because there are many people who have low pc and they are lagging when it starts to rain.
Anyway the weather is not too realistic and it is irritating when the sun is shining and suddenly it starts to rain.

I would appreciate at least rain being taken out of the server.  Ever since 0.3d was implemented and 0.3e after that, my computer has had issues with rain when I'm in anything other than a truck or airborne vehicle.  The screen is very choppy as it attempts to compensated for falling rain and my car accelerating.
