120 max speed because its modded and if you have a truck get the light on bottom and top from the mod shop... use those instead of highbeams and I have never gotten fined for using highbeams in daylight

I have a steering wheel but never use it because i have to do too much to get it. I bought a USB controller for PC and use it sometimes for long missions. Normaly i use the keyboard.
