In WinXP, Vista, 7 it's IE + choosen browser and in Win8 you can choose your ONLY browser to use :)

I hope that most people don't use IE in Canada :O I use Firefox and Chrome that's it. At work every computer there is Firefox because of the pricing system script. I only know 1 person who uses IE, but he also never changes windows background either  O0
