honestly, gta land 5 slots are 20m. You got lucky. (More or less. deffently more.) You had a house reserved, and it was the price of a 5slot for gta land. you got a island house with 6 car slots, for 20m. Remember Eyre Island? Went up a few weeks later, 6slot for what, 48 million? Or 38? I forget, near or more than double the price. Plus, You couldnt even afford it. You got a 4m loan from rubber.

Anyway back on topic, I think houses are a tad overpriced, the reason they're overpriced is due to lack of houses, not necessarily more players. there's plenty of map space off into the ocean to have "suburbs" of houses, they'll have no point to them except "housing projects" thus giving players more chance to move around with houses.

2 years ago players would swap and change houses, keeping things fresh, now when you get a house you seem to keep it for months and months, myself owning fir 3 slot since about feb 2011....

I checked the house thing again, and as usual it caters for 2 and 1 slots...:p we really do need more 3+ slots :p, people are more interested in nice, remote houses, more than slot number. If there was a fun, cool, unique 2 slot I'd buy it over my 3 slot :d

house prices should equal slots size... 
1 slot - 1 million
2 slot - 2 million


the only exception of this would be unique house with gates and extra stuff like added garages or something, then the price should go up by 50% so then
4 slot house with gate = 6 million

I've not looked in that area for a while but im sure some house's in that area dont have enough space to even be a single slot which is why they are not for sale, but i do +1 your point of there is many places that can be houses but simply they are not, like in the valley, next door to my first house in the valley a two slot is there yet its not for sale? why?
