Fuel rate display for fuel achievement holders

If you have unlocked the fuel achievement, when you stop at a gas station this always appears, even though the actual rate could be different.
        Rate 1

However I suggest that the actual rate is added to this, so players with fuel achievement know the current rate of that fuel station, as shown in the example below, where [9] represents the actual fuel rate.
        Rate 1 [9]

This isn't really needed, but I think it's something just good to have.

This would be useful since I have the fuel achieve I cannot tell people which stations are at low rates because I do not know.

That is not necesary. For me! For other player can be usefull so for server script will be -1 and for other players can be +1 . I choise -1 because when you finished the fuel ach you don't care about the rate of gas station . But the players who didn't finish the ach will know when the rate will be big. ( after restart ) . Soo my last word is -1.
