I've firmly and always believed that anyone in the limelight / spotlight of the public eye is more than fairly idolised. Just like a person posting on this article in the community section.

If you read the article it says "we were pumping his heart for 48 minutes, then another 30 at the hospital until finally his heart was beating"

No offence, but Tax doesn't change just because i'm poorer, i still pay the same % except it impacts me more. I breath the same air as the rich people, yet i'm treated less important in a hospital.

Tell you what, stop your hearts and see if they try so hard to revive you. I bet they'd give up after 10 minutes.

I'm tired of the "he's famous, lets look interested" shit. I never see threads about unfamous people who "just make it" who are in a much worse situation than this person, who is "semi-Famous" at best.

I can't have or expected to have sympathy for someone just because they are popular.
Fuck that, i'm not a sheep, i don't follow the bandwagon.

It's shit for him, and i hope his family look after him, and it would be good if i was wrong, and he returns to what he loves, but the realism is, i really don't care that much about him.

To get an idea of how i'm thinking take this for an example:

You're at the bus stop (pretend you don't drive) And you see someone fall over, you go over to help them or call the Ambulance service. Once there, they take over and the person is whisked away in an ambulance. Do you see that person again? Chances are not, do you talk about the person? Probably a quick mention on facebook, or to your family like " someone collapsed at the bus stop earlier, was crazy!" Do you try to find out who they are? How they got on? Are they alive?
Chances are NOT.

This is my way of thinking, people are the same, just with different goals and choices. No one should be worth less and no one should be worth more.

Don't bother arguing my train of thought, it's a waste of time trying to change that opinion.

No, it's not that. It's just I just felt the "Not my fault his heart isn't strong." was a bit rude, I did not intend to start an argument in any way, I just got a bit overwhelmed when you came with this huge input here..

To be honest, yes, I might have failed, and you clearly did well because you convinced me in your post that maybe you are right. I still think that first (or second) comment was slightly rude, but I agree and understand in all you said in the last post, though..

But it was still hard to see, and obviously is never funny when someone has a heart attack. But I do see where Lindsey is coming from.

When I had a heart attack I don't think they would CPR me for an hour, and just let me die.

@supra, yeah it can be seen as rude, but at the same time there is truth to it. I'm not lieing, and in no way can it be offensive.

He wouldn't like me saying it, but he can't disagree with what i said.

And supra, peoples opinions on their feelings for other people are never wrong, just different.

I respect your right to feel for this person, and i thank you for respecting my opinion.

Don't change your way of thinking just because of my opinion unless what I say truly makes sense and you believe in it.
