Yes but it's not in action, you can't do missions yet, lots of work to integrate it. Follow mick on google+ to keep up to date!

I dont know if this is the final version of it but Thank You Mick for allowing me to do such an awesome project. but yes, there are at least 10 houses one there,  at least 3 car parking areas and one load point for truckers.. and you will notice the subtle Vice City points such as Fort Baxter, Pole position club, the pizza place but the usual SA things like the warehouses and construction sites
