Volvo V40 from 2001, around €3500

VW Passat from 1997, around €2000

^My dad had one of these and he said it was the best car we had
I am actually looking at these cars.
Or a Mercedes W123, those cars are indestructible, but also 25 years old and they go for about €5000 because people know the are indestructible. And parts are hard to find.
