and annoucement should appear only once per 5 mins on screen, and that will stop abuse of it

+1, block the ann or do something like a limit, ex; 1 ann in 30 minutes. Im bored and frustrated of reading those shitties ann's, i dont like ann's its make me nervous im driving and listening my favourite music and random guy is spamming my screen. GRRRRR!
