What key do you use to chat?

I think that ~ makes the most sense.

Esc - Pause
~ - Chat
TAB - Scoreboard
Left - CRTL Nitro
All within inches of each other. Not to mention WASD QE.

I had a broken keyboard with no ~ and I could not play SAMP.
