This guy means:
if one ferry goes from WC to LS that another one goes in the another direction.
So if this will be added you need to add 2 terminals and move the ferries.

What about the bridge? With two ferries going I don't think you'd be able to use the bridge as the distance from the bridge to LS Island is shorter then the distance from the bridge to LS itself, not by a lot but you would probably be waiting longer for the bridge to go down.

if we had two ferries going it would be harder to use the WC expressway because like melissa said, it would be going up and down so often it would just cause chaos and hatred about it..

The idea is great
But it requires lot of work from scriptor and in the end, maybe some bugs will still left which will be hard to correct.

I suggest to have a ferry for LV island instead, much easier to make.

It would be quite useful, but i believe its set to about match the time of the bridge, because if there were two ferrys, who would use the damn bridge  besides insane laggers like Corvette. XD
