You know what a meme is? Its a doctored photograph (now usually posted on social media via the internet) as a form of cultural information of a satirical or ironic nature. The term was originally created by Richard Dawkins in his sociological work "The Selfish Gene". By contrast these are actual photos of the PM living with and being a guest of the the traditional custodians of our land in an effort to raise awareness of their condition and need for development. By posting "Nice meme" you are basically disrespecting not only the PM but also the traditional custodians who welcomed the PM onto their lands and into their homes. And I have yet to see anyone jump onto Bill Shorten's FB page and post "Nice meme" repetitively and ad nauseum. But then I have yet to see Bill Shorten take the time to visit any traditional communities.
