This place and the intersection shortcut just before it are nightmares if a convoy decides to shortcut. A fine zone was added for the other place too, yet people still do it.

Of course i say -1 because i use that shortcut too

but

at least i stop before the road if some1 is coming(Never caused an accident there) unlike those retarded kids who go through the road without paying attentions for others

its worse near blackfield where people go wrong way instead of taking ramp i see atleast 2 or 3 accidents in blackfield area everytime i play cause people take the chortcut

sure this could be added:)

But remember there will be always bad drivers that take shortcuts and could be a risk for invomming traffic. happens all the time and will be happening in the future to unless like i suggested, they would be electrocuted when they drive on the wrong side.
