You could, personally I don't like people just joining me out of the blue unless there's a reason for it before.

Nagy, you thought of things I didn't even think of how this command could better players experiences. I always loc rammers to avoid them but to be able to target and mark them on the map would help avoidances with them in the future so they can't ram me again.

And people, forget about cops, I only mentioned it could help them as this command isn't mostly for them, it's for normal truckers, pilots, chauffeurs etc.
