This Snow mod??

I've heard alot about this snow mod but whats it like? several people have it and i get told alot about it. BUT before i go out and find one what mod is it? dont fancy trying and then getting a nice message saying im banned lol no thank you.

Is it random? say snow in San Fierro but not Las Venturas?

@ fox snow fall is different from snowmod

thing is it says you press num and something will this make smokey or admins think you are using a hack like teleport or wat ever.

im getting somewhere but everytime i start gta it crashes?? got the snow and cleo and it just crashes grr. im terrible at installing mods onto games.

right thanks to clearing that up for me but wat am i doing wrong. i install the textures then run the exe and install celo and the snow fx so thats done, then hit play and it come up with has stoped working grr. wat am i doing wrong

horrible road textures. Also this is features in GTA Finland though so i have used it before and it was terrible.
