Gta IV roads and other textures to GTA SA.

[Hayabusa.]

I want to share textures of GTA IV roads. They are really cool, no more desert, only grass, ALL ground textures are replaced thats why its size is 150mb's.

Why this mod have only 54 files and this mod http://www.gtagaming.com/forums/showthread.php?t=55164 have 128 files?
Also, when I install mods like this, it doesn't replace all roads
Why?

Same, i've found in the past some mods, but when i was in SF i noticed that i have the old roads...
