Trying to upload, but then an error comes it's not JPG
As i saved it.

Use a non fucked in the head browser, *cough* Chrome *cough*.
But seriously, IE has issues with the signature, its happened in the past, try another browser.

its working now so it seems like you fixed your issue and yes IE cannot  convert the file needed to get the pic into the code so everyones best bet is to use chrome when you have VIP signatures available.

And pps: if ur running on a 64bit machine. Try Waterfox. It runs better and faster. Then again. Its up to you.
